Repperger, who mentored many young people during his 35-year research career with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), by providing research opportunities for students to participate in research projects at one of the Air Force facilities under the mentorship of an AFRL scientist. Each scientist has been selected to mentor, because of their technical knowledge, experience, and willingness to help science and engineering students enhance their learning through participation in an actual Air Force research project. This message is intended for students aspiring to help people within the health care and research arena.    The OU Health Sciences Center (OU HSC) is a unique environment bringing together multiple disciplines who have the same goal to provide a skilled healthcare workforce for, advocate for improved health outcomes in, and treat with compassion our Oklahoma community. My favorite part of this campus is the amazing student leaders I have the privilege to work with to enhance the student experience, establish community outreach, and serve the people of Oklahoma. From social events in Oklahoma City to cultural events that promote diversity provided by our multicultural student organizations, our campus is not only inclusive but also supportive. My experience here has taught me leadership and humility, and has truly prepared me to take the next step in my career as a business leader and healthcare professional.
