ROCA Engineering in Oklahoma City is looking for a student intern to work on a two-year project, “Improved Relationships between Properties of High Strength Concrete for Better Quality Control and Forensic Investigations.” Students with a background in concrete materials (related courses or related works in labs and/or fields) may be preferred. The project involves both laboratory and field work. The student intern is expected to work 20 hours/week, with a pay rate of about $16/hour. (1) Cover letter (2) Curriculum vitae including related experience; (3) Copy of transcript (unofficial copy okay); (4) List of at least three references; (5) Any other relevant materials (no lengthy materials will be reviewed). The anticipated starting date is September 15, 2018. A face-to-face interview of selected will be arranged upon screening of applications and related materials. Both undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to apply.
