Undergrad and Graduate Assistantships in Software Modernization  


We have a contract in place with an aerospace defense contractor in the area. This contract is to do research and development work in the realm of software migration and modernization. Potential projects include translating legacy code to a more modern environment, creating new GUI interfaces for existing tools/programs, and verifying and validating UML diagrams. Some of this work can be done at the university and some of it will need to be done at the contractor facility. Additionally, candidates for these position must be US persons because the work involves material or information subject to US export controls.
