Penn Engineering Summer Research Opportunity!

The Center for Sensor Technologies at the University of Pennsylvania is offering Summer Fellowships for Undergraduate Students ending their freshman, sophomore, or junior year of college in engineering or science. The fellowships are funded by the National Science Foundation’s REU Program.

  1. Summer research experience with a stipend of $6,000
  2. Free housing & partial travel support
  3. An opportunity to work on an interesting interdisciplinary topic
  4. Mentorship from a Penn faculty member and a graduate student
  5. A chance to learn how to give effective presentations, write technical reports, and apply to graduate school

SUNFEST Program Dates: June 1 – August 6, 2021
Requirements: Applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents and have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
