The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Omni Technology Alliance Internship Program provides paid 10-week summer internships for up to three consecutive summers for talented undergraduate and graduate students in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and other related fields.

DOE-Omni is open to undergraduate and graduate students at U.S. accredited institutes of higher education includingMinority Serving Institutionsin Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and other related fields.
Interns will have paid, mentored appointments in an immersive environment to gain hands-on experience and a great awareness and understanding of the mission, operations, and culture of DOE.
Internships are offered for a 10-week period beginning June 6, 2022 (with 40 hours of expected participation per week).
Financial support includes stipends starting at $750 per week (stipend will increase to $850 and $950 in the second and third year of participation, respectively) and other allowances to offset the cost of commuting, housing, and travel to and from the hosting site. Appointments may be hosted virtually.
Eligibility:
Be a U.S. citizen.
Have and maintain a minimum undergraduate or graduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
Be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at U.S. accredited institutes of higher education includingMinority Serving Institutions.
