The Freshman Leadership Accelerator (FLA) is for high-achieving undergraduate students of Black/African American or Hispanic/Latinx descent, and indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Métis and First Nations) descent who will

become the leaders of tomorrow. Our program will assist you in developing your leadership skills with one of the world’s top-tier consulting firms, Bain & Company.

We will be hosting a virtual series leading to an in-person summit from May to June for students interested in learning more about leadership and consulting. This program is intended for freshman/first year students of Black/African American, Latinx/Hispanic, and Indigenous (Native American, Alaska Native, Inuit, Metis, and First Nations) descent.

Please submit your resume and 250-words-or-less response to one of the prompts below:

• Who inspires you and why?

• What does leadership mean to you and why is it important?

Over the course of FLA you will…

• Develop your leadership abilities through a mix of panels, case study examples, and interactive breakout sessions with our firm’s experts.

• Examine how leadership can make a lasting impact within both business and non-profit sectors

• Have the opportunity to interview early for our sophomore, one-week program, Building Entrepreneurial

Leaders (BEL), and the option to interview directly for our Associate Consultant Internship program.
