Engineer Requirements:

  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in Industrial Distribution, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineer, and Mechanical Engineering
  • Four-year growth ladder within the company
  • Direct hire position (401K, PTO, medical, dental, vision insurance)
  • Pay: $70K - $75K yearly
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 / 4.0

Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems and work well in teams.
  • Create, design, and build the most advanced technology available anywhere in the industry, worldwide
  • Gather data and identify opportunities for automation and improvement in manufacturing processes
  • Optimize productivity of selected product lines by applying value stream mapping technique
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to perform root cause analysis on failures faced during production
  • Coordinate with quality control team and workshop technicians to predict, identify and prevent failures from assignable causes
