So...you’re up for a challenge. Eager to tackle complex problems. Driven to make a difference. Open to learning from preeminent business leaders. We invite you to apply to Deloitte’s Leadership, Allyship & Mentorship Program (DLAMP).
DLAMP is designed to connect students from diverse backgrounds and OU alumni consulting leaders through a cohort-driven mentorship program with a focus on building meaningful connections, developing leadership skills, and cultivating professional confidence.
As part of the program, participants will be accepted into a national cohort of student leaders and paired with
junior- and senior-level alumni mentors at Deloitte Consulting. These mentors will be the focal point of a participant’s network, and will help guide an experience that includes:
- Network building with Deloitte leaders based on industry and functional interests
- Career coaching and exposure to opportunities in consulting
- Preparing and practicing for applications & interviews, including resume review and case practice
Who Should Apply?
DLAMP is designed for students in their second year at OU interested in connecting with passionate business leaders, learning about the consulting industry, and building relevant professional skills. Students who are Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, two or more races, or who identify as LGBTQIA+ are strongly encouraged to apply.
If interested, please apply here by Wednesday, Feb. 15. You can email Sara Santiago (ssantiago@deloitte.com) with any questions about the program.
OR register for our info session on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at 5:30 pm to learn more.
