--- Job Description: We are looking for DUET Student Fellows who will serve an integral role in shaping the DUET program (Developing Understanding and Engagement Together). During the Spring 2023 semester, our inaugural DUET Student Fellows will aid in solidifying the framework for the DUET Fellow program. This pedagogical partnership program will pair students and faculty members to explore, analyze, revise, affirm, and/or imagine teaching and learning.
Following the Spring 2023 project, we expect that the inaugural DUET Student Fellows will continue participation in the DUET program through the 2023-2024 academic year by partnering with faculty as the program is implemented. This program is inspired by the Students as Learners and Teachers Program at Bryn Mawr University.
Job Duties will include:
- In collaboration with the other fellows and the CFE Senior Associate Director of Inclusive Teaching, develop DUET Student Fellow supports, including resources and workshops, for effective participation in the DUET program (Spring 2023).
- Attend weekly meetings with other DUET Student Fellows.
- Assist in delivery of supports to DUET Student Fellows hired for the 2023-2024 academic year.
- Collaboratively partner with a DUET Faculty Fellow through weekly meetings and observance of a class, approximately once a week (2023-2024).
- Meet with other DUET participants (including other DUET Faculty Fellows) during small and large cohort gatherings as scheduled.
- Participation in panels or other communication strategies to share student classroom experiences with instructors across campus.
Up to 2 hours weekly for 10 weeks in Spring 2023, schedule based in part on availability of all student fellows during hours 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with the potential for continuing in the 2023-2024 academic year.

--- Required Education: Must be currently enrolled in the current Spring 2023 Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
