We are seeking current undergraduate and graduate students who will be completing theird egrees during the current semester, or recent graduates (within two years of degree completion) to fill Science & Engineering (S&E) positions around the country.
Scientists and engineers play a central role in maintaining Air Force superiority in air, space, and cyberspace. We are working on the cutting edge of research and development in advanced Air Force laboratories and dedicated facilities around the country. We develop, deliver, test, and sustain war-winning capabilities.
During your PalaceAcquire (PAQ)developmental training, you will work shoulder to shoulder with over 17,000 Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) Scientists & Engineers around the globe on challenging and rewarding projects, where you will make real contributions and gain invaluable real-world experience.
This is a recent graduate program that leads to a permanent Scientist or Engineer position with AFCS after successful completion. Bachelor of Science graduates undergo a three-year development and training program, which includes one year of graduate studies relating to selected STEM disciplines. Full-time, paid graduate studies are undertaken with full salary and federal employee benefits. Master of Science graduates undergo an accelerated, two-year developmental program. The PAQ program offers candidates the opportunity for on-the-job training and mentoring from Civilian and Military experienced Scientists and Engineers.
