The Engineer Management Development Program is a two and a half year fast track leadership development program designed to provide an immersive setting through hands-on offshore rotational international assignments and onshore management training. This is a full-time position based in Houston, Texas.
Following completion of the program, the Engineer Trainee will transition into a leadership role within the organization. Graduates from the program now hold some of the highest leadership positions within the Operations function in our company. The ideal candidate considers themselves to be a leader and has a desire to be part of a team within the fast-paced offshore drilling industry.
We believe that this opportunity will not only provide valuable experience but also serve as a stepping stone towards a rewarding career in Oil & Gas.
Candidates applying for this position must be comfortable with being offshore for short periods of time.
