 Sales Enablement Intern - Belcan

 

Eligible Majors: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

 

This hybrid position will straddle the domains of Sales Enablement and Marketing. Belcan seeks to increase internal awareness and capability of our sales engine to have meaningful conversations with our customers about manufacturing and supply chain solutions that we offer.

 

Great matching candidates will have strong written communication skills and experience creating marketing content from technical material. Experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains is a strong plus. You will bring our solutions to life by building upon our existing collateral, creating new content, and identifying initial conversation starters to kickoff new sales motions for our customers.

Sales Enablement Intern job duties:

   Develop and launch an internal sales enablement website in partnership with our solutions team

   Create new content to enable sales teams to better showcase our expertise to customers (e.g., videos, one page offerings, thought leadership)

   Increase visibility and actionability of our solutions collateral (e.g., case studies, white papers)

   Assist with change management activities associated with the launch of this site (e.g., communications, training), knowing our team is globally distributed

 

Qualifications:

   Pursuing or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

   Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distill complex information into simple messages

   Able to balance delivery between detailed content creation and user experience design

   Independently motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team to meet deadlines

   Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft 365 suite

   Legal authorization to work in the US required

 

Desired but not required skills:

   Consulting experience or B2B sales experience

   Persuasive writing or technical writing

   Experience with product launch or change management

   Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain domains

   Familiarity with aerospace, automotive, or heavy industrial sectors

The Southwest Alliance for Girls’ Enrichment for Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts & Humanities, and Mathematics (SAGE STEAM) Camp is looking for college students to work together during the week of June 9 to 13, 2021, on the SWOSU campus in Weatherford, OK.

The Pathways to Computing Virtual Internship Program at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is a virtual 10-week summer program that provides undergraduate students with learning opportunities in computer science, computational science, and mathematics. Students will be mentored by ORNL research and technical staff and will be able to make contributions to projects in diverse domains, including computer science, health data science, and climate science. In addition, students will gain valuable skills needed for a successful career in computing fields. Selected interns will have access to ORNL’s leadership-class facilities, including Summit, the world’s second most powerful supercomputer.

 

Program Details

 

  • Start date of June 7, 2021
  • End date of August 13, 2021
  • Stipend rate of $600 per week

 

Eligibility Requirements

 

  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in a degree-seeking program at a regionally accredited U.S. college or university (including accredited community colleges) at time of application and continuing into the fall 2021 semester
    • Full-time enrollment status is determined by the number of hours or courses the school requires for full-time attendance (as defined by the Internal Revenue Service)
    • Seniors graduating in May/June 2021 or earlier will not be eligible for application or selection as continuation as an undergraduate in fall 2021 is required
  • Must have completed at least one year as a matriculated undergraduate student at the time of applying
    • Freshmen (at time of application) are not eligible and Advanced Placement credits or other undergraduate credits obtained prior to undergraduate enrollment cannot be applied to meet the minimum one-year completion requirement 
  • Must have a cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Have two academic or professional recommenders
