BAE Systems - ES Operations Leadership Development Program

BAE Systems, Inc. is the U.S. subsidiary of BAE Systems plc, an international defense, aerospace and security company which delivers a full range of products and services for air, land and naval forces, as well as advanced electronics, security, information technology solutions and customer support services. Electronic Systems (ES) is the global innovator behind BAE Systems’ game-changing defense and commercial electronics.

 

The OLDP is designed to accelerate the development and career of highly-motivated recent college graduates who aspire to achieve their leadership potential. OLDP participants will start their career at BAE Systems with a series of three, one-year rotations. Participants will have the opportunity to experience assignments in several operational functions, business areas, and product groups nationwide. Some examples of these rotations include Process Engineer, Supply Chain Planner, Industrial Engineer, Quality Engineer, Operations Program Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, and Strategic Sourcing Lead. Rotation opportunities are available at multiple BAE Systems sites across the country including NH, TX, VA, IN, IA, NY, NJ, and AL.

 

Each participant in the program is assigned an experienced mentor within BAE Systems to provide guidance both during and post-program. OLDP participants will also be required to complete a graduate degree on a part-time basis. BAE Systems provides tuition assistance for this degree.

 

The program is designed for graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science and Analytics, and Business Operations or other applicable majors. Graduate Students are also welcome to apply.

 

BAE Systems will be conducting two separate OLDP Information Sessions from 6:30-7:00pm EST on August 30th and September 6th  for multiple schools. We would really appreciate if you could advertise the Information Session to your students. We want to reach as many of your students as possible!
