Weathorford Opportunities

My name is Kelly Lawrence and I work for Weatherford, based out of Houston, TX. As you may know, Weatherford is one of the largest multinational oilfield service companies providing innovative solutions, technology and services to the oil and gas industry, and we have a strong presence in Oklahoma.

We also have an education program called Weatherford WISE (Worldwide Initiative Supporting Education) that seeks to provide opportunities to students of all ages interested in STEM. In line with this spirit, we have a great customer event coming up on October 4 that we thought your students would enjoy attending (our records indicate a few students have already registered). They will have a chance to learn about some of our technologies—many of which are highlighted below—as well as seek career advice and learn more about our industry as a whole. We will provide a guided tour and there will be time for the students to explore on their own as well.
