2023 Summer AFRL Internship Application Open

 

The 2023 application is now open for the Summer Internship Program at the Information Directorate of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL/RI). This is a paid, summer internship opportunity for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the freshman level through PhD level, (U.S. CITIZENS ONLY), to work on-site in Rome, New York, with AFRL/RI researchers on a wide variety of research projects. Applicants may now choose from a listing of research project topics, that they would like to be considered for!  Examples of research topics are available at the Information Directorate are: Data Efficient Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence IoT Small Unmanned Aircraft System Neuromorphic Computing Trusted Software Quantum Information Sciences  + much more! The 2023 Summer Internship Program will start on Monday, June 5, 2023, and end on Friday, August 11, 2023.   Griffiss Institute and AFRL look forward to welcoming another class of  motivated and talented students  to be part of the  innovative & important work  that occurs daily at the Information Directorate.   Traveling and housing assistance is available for those who live more than 50 miles from Rome, New York. Priority deadline is January 31, 2023. Final deadline is March 15, 2023. Selections began the first week of February 2023.
